EPS cutting machine is to cut the EPS blocks through hot wire. The cutting dimension can be changed by customer freely by adjusting wire position. And also the transferring line can be customized if necessary.
For F.R. eps blocks, the cutting will be vibration cutting. The cutting wire do vibration during the cutting. This can reduce the resistance of the block, so the cutting surface quality can be ensured.
All of the cutting steps are combined in PLC. Just push one button, the cutting machine will run automatically. If one of the steps does not work due to certain reason, the machine will stop and have alarm.
